- 12 month unconditional means from the purchase date of the spectacles.
- The prescription must be from h2 Vision Centres.
- h2 Vision Centres will attempt to repair a broken frame and if unsuccessful we will replace with the same frame.
- The frame and lenses must have been purchased through h2 Vision Centres.
- The glasses are not covered for loss.
- If the same frame is no longer available the patient may choose another frame up to the same value.
- If the price is higher than the original frame then the difference must be paid.
- If the replacement frame is of lessor value then there is no refund.
- h2 Vision Centres will endeavour to use the same lenses on the assumption that they fit and meet all Australian optical standards, if not the lenses will be replaced to the same at no charge.
- The patient is entitled to make one claim on their glasses per year.
- 12 month unconditional promise: Glasses are not covered for loss.
- If your frame or lenses are faulty due to poor workmanship we will replace the faulty part, frame or lens.
- The frame and lenses must have been purchased through h2 Vision Centres. The warranty is from the date of purchase.
h2 Vision Centres promises to service frames purchased from them, including replacement screws, minor repairs and alterations for the life of the frame.
If the patient is not entirely satisfied with their glasses purchased from h2 Vision Centres then the patient is able to exchange the frame and lenses up to the equivalent value. If the frame and or lenses are less in value there is no refund on the difference. If the frame and or lens value is higher then the patient is required to pay the difference from the original price. The 30 day exchange is for glasses purchased through h2 Vision Centres only and commences from the date of purchase.
